USTA Team Tennis ~ Germantown Country Club has numerous teams participating in USTA League Tennis.  During the USTA Spring League, Tri-Level, and Combo Doubles seasons, clinics are organized around each team to ensure players receive the best practice possible.   GCC also offers organized Singles and Doubles Leagues in the Spring, Fall, Summer, and Winter.  All Leagues are Round Robin format, with the exception of the 5.0 League.     League fee per season is $15.00 for Members, and $30.00 for Non-Members.

Team Clinics ~ These 1 hour clinics are designed for players competing in USTA with the same NTRP rating.  These clinics feature competitive situations while building a player's game through stroke development, volleying, repetitive/tactical drills, and point selection (just to name a few).  You will gain confidence in your shot-making ability through productive drill selections and point play.     Doubles Clinic (Foursome) ~ These 1 hour specialty clinics are designed for 4 players with similar abilities.  The skills, drills, and thrills of doubles are featured in a dynamic play action format.  This clinic provides a great opportunity to focus on the offense/defense aspects of doubles.  Play patterns are developed through a progressive use of tactical ball and competitive decision making drills.  Bring your partner and come experience a strategic approach to aggressive percentage doubles.     Singles Clinic ~ This is a semi-private 1 hour lesson with two players who want to focus on the development of their singles play.  This clinic includes drills that will improve specific ground strokes, service and return, as well as learning strategy in a variety of playing scenarios.  All components of the game are incorporated, including serves, volleys, pattern play, and more. Open/Team and Doubles Clinics are $15.00 per Member.  Singles Clinic is $30.00 per Member.  Each non-members taking a tennis clinic is responsible for paying a $5.00 Guest Fee above the regular rate.

Private lessons are offered by our Tennis Professional, Natalie Clark, for players at all levels. Natalie is available on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. This instruction is custom tailored to individuals who are trying to reach the next level.  Players are able to focus on specific areas of their game that needs attention.  Serving, volleying, ground strokes, and footwork are among the many different skills that you will improve. Private Tennis Lessons are booked directly through Natalie Clark at (901)754-4290 on an individual basis.  Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Lesson rates for Members are $60.00 per hour/ $30 per half hour.  Each non-member taking a private tennis lesson or clinic is responsible for paying a $5.00 guest fee above the regular rate.  

Kid's Tennis Time is here!!! Starting February 21st we are offering a Junior Clinic on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30 PM for ages 4 and up.  We will divide the kids on the courts by age and ability levels, so do not hesitate to sign your child up to participate.  Cost per child is $15.00 for each one hour clinic.  Please call the Tennis Pro Shop at (901)754-4290 to make arrangements for your child to join in the fun! The Junior Development Program at Germantown Country Club is designed to develop the games of juniors of all ages and ability levels.  Each year, juniors participate in the program, from four-year olds who are just learning to play, to seniors in high school who are preparing for team tennis.
